SDG - Sustainable Development Goals

The Bitcoin Observatory of Politecnico di Torino contributes to several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly:

	SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure: by promoting scientific research and technological innovation in the field of decentralized digital infrastructures.
	SDG 4 – Quality Education: through independent training and outreach activities aimed at fostering scientific knowledge and technological awareness.
	SDG 13 – Climate Action: by analyzing the environmental impact of the Bitcoin system and promoting sustainable technological practices.

The Observatory also supports, in a cross-cutting manner, the principles of SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), fostering inclusion, transparency, and accountability in the use of digital technologies.
