"Threshold Post-Quantum Digital Signature Schemes"

Abstract. Many modern cryptosystems are based on the difficulty of solving computational problems related to group actions. The main example is the Discrete Logarithm Problem (DLP), based on the action of the integers on a cyclic group. In the context of Post-Quantum Cryptography we move away from the most classical examples of group actions due to the low computational complexity of the solution of DLP in a quantum model of computation. In this talk we show how cryptographic group actions can be used as building blocks for post-quantum digital signature algorithms, and in particular we focus on the state of the art of threshold protocols and the recent advancements in Threshold Group Action Signature Schemes.
